All payments should be made within 72 Hours of call for payment (unless otherwise noted by the co-op host). We give ample notice when a payment has been called - both through the board and through the yahoo group. If you are not yet a member of the yahoo group, contact a mod for information.

If, for some reason, you will not be able to meet the 72 hour deadline please PM or email the co-op host PRIOR to said deadline to make other arrangements.

Any payments not made within 7 days of the initial call-for payment will result in a non-payment strike unless other arrangements have been made with the co-op host. Any extensions are at the sole discretion of the co-op host.

Dropping orders after the close of the buy will be considered non-payment for that buy.

Any non-payment will result in full forfeiture of your order and any payments you may have made to the co-op host. (who can sell the yarn to the group or keep the yarn at their discretion).

First Strike - Suspended for 2 buys
Second Strike - Suspended for 4 buys...
Third Strike - Your buying privileges are for suspended for 1 year

Any non-payment subsequent to a 3rd strike account suspension will result in your permanent dismissal from the group.

Please note: This policy applies to ANY payment made to a co-op host. This can include, but is not limited to, initial payments, balance payments and/or shipping payments.
